At Crafted for Living, we take great care in creating beautifully designed digital planners and guided journals to support intentional living, creative flow, and meaningful transitions. Each product is crafted with purpose and detail — and we hope you love what you receive.
Below you'll find our return and refund policies for both digital downloads and physical products.
Digital Products
All digital planners and journals are delivered instantly via email and are non-refundable.
Because digital products are intangible and instantly accessible, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
If you have trouble downloading or accessing your files, please reach out to us at nima@craftedforliving.com — we’re more than happy to help resolve any issues.
Physical Products
We currently offer a curated selection of physical guided journals. All physical products are final sale, but we gladly replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your journal arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at nima@craftedforliving.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled after purchase due to the immediate access provided.
For physical products, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to accommodate if it hasn't yet been processed.
