1. What makes your planners and journals different?

Our tools are thoughtfully crafted for creative entrepreneurs and intentional women navigating life's seasons and business transitions. Whether digital or physical, each product combines minimal design with intentional structure to help you live and work with clarity, grace, and purpose.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

2. How do I download my digital planner or journal?

After purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email. You can also access your files from the order confirmation page. Be sure to download and save your files to your device or cloud storage for future use.

3. What apps and devices do you recommend?

Our digital planners and journals work best with:

• iPad + Apple Pencil
• Mac or PC with any PDF reader

4. Are the digital products printable?

Yes, most digital journals and planners can be printed, but please note that interactive features like tabs and links only work digitally. For a fully interactive experience, we suggest using them on a tablet.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship physical journals within the United States and are working on expanding globally. Shipping times and rates will be shown at checkout.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Physical products are typically processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery times varying by location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

7. Can I return or exchange a physical journal?

Due to the nature of intentional, small-batch production, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

8. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?

At this time, we don’t offer customizations. However, we’re happy to discuss bulk or wholesale orders for coaching programs, retreats, or teams. Reach out to us directly at nima@craftedforliving.com

9. What if I need help with my order?

We’re here for you! If you have questions or run into any issues, please reach out via our Contact page or email us. We respond within 1–2 business days.

10. Can I reuse digital or physical journals each year?

Most of our products are undated or evergreen, meaning you can use them at your own pace or revisit them whenever needed. Dated digital planners may require a new version each year.
